What devices can I use the Jamstik Portal on?
Jamstik Portal is available as an iOS app and online via the Google Chrome web-browser at play.jamstik.com—which can be accessed from Mac, PC, or Chromebook.
Do you support Android?
Unfortunately, we do not currently support Android devices. We want the Jamstik MIDI guitars & controllers to work perfectly across all current devices, and unfortunately, many of the Android devices do not meet our high standards for audio performance at this time. We will continue to monitor the Android platform closely and hope that we will be able to support the platform in the future!
I'm a Studio MIDI Guitar user, can I use the Jamstik Portal app to change my settings?
Yep! You can access the Studio MIDI Guitar Dashboard by using the Jamstik Portal iOS app and tapping the "Settings" icon. You can also tweak your settings quickly in a Google Chrome web browser by going to play.jamstik.com/studiodashboard
