About Kofo
Kofo is a multi-instrumentalist and Grammy-nominated/Juno award-winning producer from Toronto and the CEO and founder of Kofo Sound Inc. As a local resident, Kofo spends most of his year producing in Toronto. Some of his frequent collaborators include: P2J, Bizness Boi, Fridayy, Akeel Henry, Ayo, Keyz, El Guincho and more.
Kofo has worked with local artists in Canada such as LOONY, Dylan Sinclair, ToBi, Emanuel to global artists such as Wizkid, Bryson Tiller, YG, A-Boogie and John Legend. Kofo began his career as a musician playing in his hometown church and is now producing music full-time for many artists across the world.
His abilities do not stop there, as he has also scored music for BBC Africa and plans to create more opportunities within the synchronization and television space. One of the most important things for Kofo is to give back to the producer community by educating and providing opportunities that will help sustain a long-term career. Kevin continues to grow interest in potential futures endeavours such as owning a publishing company, as well as diving into the catalogue acquisition space.
