IMPORTANT UPDATE—

We recently announced to our Indiegogo backers that our team has officially moved forward with plans to build our technology into a full-sized, 24 fret guitar, called the Studio. It will have tuned strings at a full-scale length and dual functionality as a guitar & MIDI controller. The new model will be in place of the Jamstik 12, and all pre-orders of the Jamstik 12 will now receive the 24 fret version at no additional cost. The full update can be found here on Indiegogo.

Jamstik 7

The Jamstik 7 is now available here on jamstik.com, or from a variety of resellers—you can find them here

At just over 18 inches long, the new design of the Jamstik 7 stays true to the portable size of the jamstik+ while adding more frets for improved playability and ergonomics. Measures were taken to ensure the model remains cost-effective in production—yielding a more accessible price point for those that want to learn or play while they travel.

Initial testing points to over 72 hours of playtime on included AA batteries, so players will have one less charging cable to worry about. Wireless connectivity over Bluetooth means players can connect to their favorite devices and start playing in no time.

Hi, I think Zivix should build a versatile & somewhat replacement of 7 fret guitar by including the high end tech of 12 fret midi to 7 fret one. and make two version of 7 frets one, for learner & for traveler/hobbyist guitarist. It will attract casual guitarist for holiday, campfire, in campus etc with a backpack friendly guitar. personally i don’t prefer to carry 12 fret model in my backpack. atleast built a 7 fret model of your old jamstik+ with Bluetooth 5.0 & definately USB output for low latency.
