Roasted 1-Piece EndurNeck
The .strandberg* x Jamstik necks are constructed from a single piece of strong and durable Roasted Maple, in contrast to the multi-laminated necks of their more exclusive siblings. This traditional design creates a stable and comfortable neck that is also more cost-effective to manufacture without sacrificing the ergonomic benefits of the EndurNeck profile.

EGS ARC Hardware
The EGS ARC hardware is a proprietary .strandberg* design, and the first generation EGS hardware to feature a single-piece zinc bridge baseplate. The base is curved for perfect string height alignment with the fretboard radius and a robust vibration transfer to the body, while all moving parts have been carefully designed for strength, easy setup work, and easy maintenance.

Solid light-weight body
A .strandberg* guitar is always light, resonant, and comfortable, but there are different ways to accomplish this that influence the sonic properties and manufacturing complexity. The solid Meranti bodies of the .strandberg* x Jamstik instruments are lightweight and strong, with a focused tone that’s strong in the midrange, while also being a material that is sustainably grown.

Patented EndurNeck™ – Effortless playability, maximum comfort
Designed to revolutionize the way you play, Strandberg's patented EndurNeck™ profile promotes a natural, relaxed hand position. The ergonomic shape enhances endurance and reduces strain, allowing for faster, more fluid movement across the fretboard. Experience greater control, comfort, and effortless technique - whether on stage or in the studio.

Sculpted for performance – The iconic .strandberg* body design
Every curve, contour, and bevel of a .strandberg* guitar is crafted with one purpose - ultimate playability. Our unique body shapes ensure unmatched balance and comfort, adapting seamlessly to your playing style. Whether seated or standing, the design offers effortless access to every fret, making extended playing sessions feel intuitive and natural.

Super lightweight & ergonomic – Play longer, play better
A .strandberg* guitar is engineered for extended play without fatigue. By eliminating the heavy headstock and optimizing weight distribution, our guitars remain light, perfectly balanced, and effortlessly comfortable. Whether you're practicing for hours or performing on stage, you'll experience freedom of movement like never before.

Designed with purpose. Built for greatness.
What started as Ola Strandberg’s passion project in the 1980s has become a revolutionary force in guitar design. Relentless innovation and an uncompromising pursuit of perfection have led to industry-defining instruments that inspire players worldwide.

FAQs
Please read our FAQs page to find out more.
How is the pitch detected?
The Jamstik MIDI guitars use a special hexaphonic MIDI pickup for pitch recognition paired with our own unique onboard algorithmic processing to ensure this job is done as quickly and accurately as possible—all while retaining genuine guitar playability.
Is there latency?
Latency is similar to a standard MIDI keyboard. The time it takes the pitch conversion to process the information into MIDI data over USB or TRS averages to 10ms, with the typical range from 6ms-15ms. We always recommend closing out of unused applications and adjusting the buffer rate in your DAW to combat latency issues.
Does it work with notation software?
Jamstik MIDI guitars are compatible with any music notation programs that accept MIDI-input. It works great for scoring in Guitar Pro by entering notes step by step, however, you will need to add things like hammer-on, slides, bends & other articulations manually after the note information has been entered since the software does not currently support real-time MIDI implementation.
Does the Jamstik Creator software require a DAW?
While the Jamstik MIDI guitars will work right out of the box with all MIDI-capable DAWs and plugins, the guitar does not require a DAW. The compatible Jamstik software can run as a standalone app on Mac and Windows and includes a curated library of specifically designed sounds for the Studio guitar.
