Zivix Warranty


Thanks for your purchase! We want to make sure you have an enjoyable experience with your new Jamstik® product today and for years to come. You may have questions immediately or after you have had some time to use your MIDI controller—we invite you to contact us at support@jamstik.com as our team of professionals is available to assist. We attempt to ship the very best product possible but understand there may be an issue where you need hardware assistance and why we provide this detailed explanation of our warranty. Our support team, who can be reached at support@jamstik.com, should be your first message sent if you need assistance.

Please know that your Jamstik® product is warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original retail purchase directly from us or from an authorized Jamstik dealer. If you are the original owner and purchased through our official website or an authorized dealer, if a defect exists, Zivix, at its option will (1) repair the product at no charge using new or refurbished parts, (2) exchange the product with a functional equivalent product that is new or refurbished, or (3) refund the original purchase price.

The warranty does not cover strings, batteries, switches, or pots as those are consumable parts and are outside of our control based on customer usage. We do not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, cracks from misuse, unintended use, bent or broken midi-port, theft or loss, or damage from environmental conditions such as extreme humidity or temperatures. This warranty excludes damages resulting from abuse, accident, modifications, or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship. Customization or modifications of your product will void your warranty.

When contacting our support team, please have your serial number, date, place of purchase, guitar model, and your location so we can best serve you.

Any recovery is limited to the original purchase price. Your seller is responsible for any other applicable warranties.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state and jurisdiction. These rights shall not be affected by this limited warranty. This warranty cannot be transferred or assigned.

This warranty is provided in lieu of other express warranties, obligations, or liabilities. Any implied warranties, obligations, or liabilities, including to but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability, shall be limited in duration to one year from date of purchase. Any action for breach of any warranty of merchantability must be brought within a period of 12 months from the date of purchase or as applicable by state law. No employee, dealer, or distributor of Zivix products has the authority to increase or alter the obligations of this warranty. The warranty does not apply to any product which has been modified, altered, or repaired and is only applicable to original purchasers. Zivix (known as Jamstik) shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages for breach of this or any other warranty either expressed or implied.
