In addition to the data collected in the Zivix Privacy Policy (http://Jamstik.com/privacy-policy), upon optional consent, the Jamstik Creator Plugin (the "Software") collects additional usage data.

This optional usage data includes anonymized usage, settings and activity data of the user's sessions in the software.

Examples of this data may include:

  • Program in which the plugin is running (also referred to as the host program and includes programs such as Logic, and Ableton when running in VST3 or Audio Unit form).
  • Time stamps for session length as well as other actions inside the Software.
  • Window Size
  • Presets used and their frequency and length of use.
  • MIDI and Audio Devices used in the Software by the user.
  • System information such as: Operating System, Processor speed and number of cores, and RAM data.

What we use it for includes:

  • Improving experiences and compatibility
  • Tracking popular features to inform future updates
  • Troubleshooting and fixing problems

We do not share or sell this data with any third party and it is only used internally with staff at Jamstik/Zivix.

We take steps to make sure the usage data that is sent out from your computer is anonymous and not linked to any identifiable information. The information your sessions send may be linked together with an anonymous ID to track usage over multiple sessions but this cannot be attached to any identifiable piece of information like name, email, or Jamstik user ID once it has been sent by the software on your device.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
