Download Great New Sounds for the jamstik+ app

by Chris Heille December 21, 2016

The jamstik+ app now has a number of new sounds available for you to download and perform. You can find them by clicking the cart in the Sounds chooser on the home screen to launch the Store.

The Store lists the currently available sounds, for free and for purchase, downloadable within the app.  Sounds are available in both single sounds or collections. The titles of the downloads are listed on the left, and you can play a short audio preview of each title by touching the play preview icon. (play)

The audio preview plays the single sound if the title features a single sound, but it cycles through a number of sounds from collections if the title is a collection. The description gives you a brief summary of what’s included in the download, and the size of the file.

On the right you’ll see if a sound is free (indicated by the download icon) or if it’s a paid download. You can simply download the free sounds that you like. Downloading a paid sound or collection is simple; click the buy button and enter your iTunes password to complete the purchase and start the download.

If you’ve previously downloaded a sound and wish to delete it from the jamstik+ app, clicking the trash will delete it and return the available space to memory.

If for any reason the jamstik+ app runs into trouble with recalling your previous download activity, the restore purchases button will re-download whatever sounds you’ve previously downloaded.
Once downloaded, your new sounds will be available in the Sounds chooser.

The jamstik+ app will notify you if new sounds are available, so make sure you’ve enabled push notifications for the jamstik+ app to keep your catalog fresh and up to date.
